David W. Tralka
David W. Tralka
President and
Chief Executive Officer
David Tralka has more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. As President and Chief Executive Officer, David is responsible for keeping the bank focused on being an innovative provider of financial products and services for the independent agency community.
David brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the helm of InsurBanc. He is a well-known speaker on the topics of agency mergers and acquisitions, agency perpetuation, and financing and has presented on these topics at numerous venues nationwide. David has also authored numerous articles on these topics in the various insurance trade publications.
As a seasoned banker, David’s career is distinguished by an extensive tenure at Merrill Lynch where he served in a number of senior management positions including President of Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust in Princeton, NJ, and Chairman of Merrill Lynch Community Development Company.
David holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in economics from Cornell University.
Scott T. Freiday

Senior Vice President, InsurBanc Division Director
Scott Freiday has more than 24 years of experience in domestic and international banking and financial services. As Division Director Scott oversees the commercial lending and cash management operations of InsurBanc.
By staying informed and responsive to market dynamics, Scott leads InsurBanc in meeting the capital needs of agencies across the country.
Scott is a frequent presenter on behalf of InsurBanc and enjoys attending various insurance industry and state association events. He also has authored many articles in the insurance trade publications.
He is adept at lending to companies globally with a specialty niche in financial services. His past positions include an extensive tenure at WorldBusiness Capital, Inc. in Hartford, CT, where he was Senior Vice President and Managing Director.
Scott employment history also includes UPS Capital Business Credit, where he was Vice President and served in a number of departments including Commercial Lending, Credit and Capital Markets.
Scott is a graduate of Trinity College with a MA in economics and holds a BA in economics from the University of Delaware.

Keith J. Mangini

Commercial Team Leader
Keith Mangini has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is the commercial team leader for InsurBanc. He began his career at InsurBanc almost 22 years ago when the Bank first opened and has worked with many of his Bank clients for over 15 years.
Keith has a deep respect for the independent insurance agency network and the services they provide to their communities. He has strong experience in lending to independent agents allowing him to develop an understanding of an agency’s financial situation and to develop lending solutions. He manages a large portfolio of highly regarded agency clients and develops new agency business.
Keith is a frequent presenter on behalf of InsurBanc and enjoys attending various insurance industry and state association events. Keith has also authored several articles in the insurance trade publications.
Prior to InsurBanc, Keith spent six years in the automotive financing industry with Ford Motor Credit Company as a financial analyst.
Keith is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and received a Certificate in General Accounting from the American Bankers Association.

David Williams brings to InsurBanc over 35 years experience in the financial services industry.
David is a valuable resource for our agency clients, working to understand their specific capital needs. He is a trusted resource for our clients providing guidance on agency acquisition and perpetuation financing, working lines of credit and producer development loans. David is currently developing new agency business and manages a significant portfolio of insurance agency clients.
David attends various insurance industry and state association events on behalf of InsurBanc.
Prior to joining InsurBanc, David was a business Business Banking Relationship Manager with Key Bank. He holds a BS degree from Florida State University and an MBA from University of Hartford.
George N. Thompson
George N. Thompson
Vice President,
Commercial Loan Officer
George Thompson has more than 20 years of lending experience at both domestic and internationally focused lending institutions. In his position of Vice President, George is responsible for carrying out commercial lending activities for InsurBanc.
George has provided lending facilities to companies across a variety of industry sectors including Business Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Technology. He previously worked at WorldBusiness Capital, Inc. in Hartford, CT, where he was Senior Vice President of domestic and international lending activities.
George’s employment history also includes ORIX Capital Partners, where he Associate Director in the venture finance group as well as Smith Whiley & Company where he served as Senior Associate across two middle market mezzanine debt focused private equity funds.
George holds a BA in economics from Wesleyan University and has an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
