It is an honor to begin my tenure as President and Chief Executive Officer of InsurBanc. As I take on this role, our commitment remains focused on the financial needs of independent insurance agents and the strength of the independent insurance agency system.

Independent agents need a financial partner that understands their businesses, their opportunities, and the capital required to grow and succeed.  Our purpose is to help meet those needs by providing independent insurance agents with access to the capital they need to pursue their goals. Whether supporting growth, succession, acquisition, perpetuation or other strategic opportunities, we believe that access to dependable capital can make a meaningful difference in the future of an agency. In addition, we offer custom, state-of-the-art cash management tools.

At the same time, we recognize that individual agencies are part of something larger: the independent insurance agency system. That system is built on remaining independent and the opportunity for agents to build their agency for the next generation. We are committed to supporting and strengthening that system for the long term.

As your new President and CEO, I will remain focused on listening to agents, understanding their financial needs, and ensuring that InsurBanc continues to be a reliable source of capital and a committed partner to the independent agency community, as we have done for the past 25 years.
